This evening I got a phone call from my GM. She told me, as I have been with McDonald’s for so long, and that I had been doing such a good job at keeping food cost down at my old store, that I am officially being promoted to Kitchen Department Head Manager as of 5/23/19. My new store’s current KDHM is being transferred to a different location today. Wishing for the best for him, as the store he went to really needs help in all departments, not just kitchen.
Right now I’m so happy. However, I have more responsibilities now, and that makes me super nervous. Please wish me luck you guys. I think I’m gonna need it.
