This is just a thought, but…

Isn’t it common courtesy to put a sign up saying you’re closed if none of your crew comes in to work?

I had to stay late at work this morning, and tried to go to the taco Bell next door to my store.

They’re locked up… Despite opening at 7am…

After 5 faithful years, Grea has finally said that’s enough for her. She’s still running, but on her final leg.

This past month, since the tax refund came in, we’ve been looking for someone to replace her, so she can finally rest.

As of today, the new member of our family, Suzu!

She’s a 2005 Cadillac DeVille with the 4.6 Northstar and 162,000 on the clock. She had a bad MAF sensor and clogged air filter, which caused some initial issues, like stranding us at the gas station for two hours this afternoon, but after replacing that $100 part, she seems to be running fine now!

Going through some of my stuff out of the old storage drawer I had for my games.
Found these for PS2 so far. I bought a bunch of memory cards when the PS2 was discontinued and they clearanced them. I think the rest are all transparent blue and red dual packs,

I still have my old Nintendo 64 with a bunch of games and an old CRT TV sitting next to my modern 65-in TV. Somewhere I also have the slim PS2 but I don’t really have any games for it. Most of the PS2 games I have are for my emulators since it’s easier to map buttons and all.

I have an original launch PS2 and a new in box Slim. Hoping the launch PS2 functions still as the hard drive has most of my saves on it as I only had one memory card for years. Going to try to put them on some of these memory cards. Now finding the launch one may be a pain as it was packed up in a footlocker long ago. The slim was in my closet with the GameCube until the :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: flooded the house and I know where it is in the storage. The footlockers got all shuffled around so no idea which one the launch is in I just know it was blue.

I have a CRT in one of the attached garages but my original dumb tv Flat screen has all these nice plug-in’s.

With all the “Banished from the hero party” type stories I have read. About a month ago, I thought of an interesting reason for the MC to be banished. The party felt their own skills were wasted on the one they banished, and the MC was meant to be in a party that actually had a chance at beating the demon lord or whatever the ultimate big bad is.

Trying to decide on a new desk. Thinking either FREDDE Desk, black, 72 7/8x29 1/8x57 1/2" - IKEA
Or the expensive one of the Secret Labs ones and add the heavy duty monitor arm

Ended up going with the Seville workbench the 48 inch one as it came in white and is big enough for what I need it for. The 60 I have in the garage because of the wheels they use for them is awkward to move at that length to,

Now on to the hopefully finally getting shelves to house my I buy way to many things specifically the movie aspect.
So shelves 30 inches wide 20 inches deep two 10 inch boards 1 inch thick as shelves 84 inches tall with 7 shelves 12 inches apart should allow me to triple row movies . I believe if I can find space for at least 6 that is around enough space for a little over 6000 single width dvd/blu-ray cases. The reason for the 12 inch between was it gives me access to the back rows. May add small risers. Since they are probably going to be a carpenter project as I don’t have the energy and my one buddy that knows what they are doing plus has the tools is to far away. I’m probably going to have to sell one of the other hoards to pay for them. Probably Gi Joe stuff. Hoping to get a least 8 of them fit in the space by getting rid of a few pieces of furniture.
May try to get some made for the closet to for figures or something.

Today marks the end of a very new experience for me.

The very first trip I’ve taken individually, to see a very close friend.

It was genuinely wonderful being able to hang out with her.

Hello forum dwellers!

After a long and arduous journey MamaSnake and I have settled into our new place in a slightly different part of the Snake Kingdom.

The winds were strong and the currents relentless. But here we are. And we can finally start a new and heal our achy souls.

Soooo, what did I miss? :snake::two_hearts:
