I cant log into my account on my Roku box. I’m entering the correct username and password but it keeps saying, Please ensure your the Username (and not the email address) saved in your account.
I have seen this issue before. You can typically resolve this by resetting your Roku. Go to settings > system > system restart > restart. Or unplug your Roku for 5 to 10 seconds and plug it back in. Once your Roku boots back up, your username and password should work.
