Was this show worthwhile? With this season being slower than the previous one I’m working non checking out the backlog of shows that I didn’t get to watch last time, but I’d like to prioritize.

That would probably depend on your tastes.
As I generally don’t like big robot series, this one tends to bore me quite a bit, especially the repetitive transformation sequences, even more so now that they have 2 transformation sequences (4 minutes of one episode spent on just transformation… really?).
