Awesome I need to invest on adding that anime to my collection

I just got done watching Clannad After Story dubbed for the fist time, I watched it sub only before but I was in a bad mood for watching it without a dub back then so I never really enjoyed the second season. Now that I watched it with a dub, in a way I don’t know if I really like it I find the second season depressing.

Season 2 can be a gut wrencher. One has to stick with it till the end before a true sense of closure can be felt. Though getting to that end is tough.

I have to agree. However, due to the real life roller coaster I’m on, I may just hold off watching the dub until later. At least I already have it!

I just noticed on the Clannad After Story 4th dvd, “Under the Tree of Green” & “Kyou Arc” have the titles with the wrong episodes.
I am surprised “Under the Tree of Green” is even dubbed, I think most other companies would just add it as an extra with sub only.

I think Sentai needs some fresh blood in their QC department. I’d like to offer my services, especially if I could do it from Tulsa.

I would think looking at the dvds and making sure everything is where it is suppose to be before mass producing the dvds would be the easy part. but since its such a small mistake I am surprised I even noticed it.

Can someone explain to me which is the true ending for Clannad after story.

I just finished watching the series on Netflix streaming and I am a bit confused.

Was the miracle happy ending part where nagisa and ushio are both alive is the real ending or is the sad depressing hard to watch part where both characters are not alive the real ending?

Once again, we are truly TRULY sorry that this happened, totally our bad, but hopefully we’ve redeemed ourselves at least a bit. As I’ve suggested in the forums, you all may pick one representative to soundly kick me in the ass.

And for the curious, it’s the same artwork that was used on the complete DVD collection. I guess it’s not too surprising since Sentai’s sets always match, though I was hoping for something a little different. Clannad does have a lot of excellent art to choose from. I’ll still be picking it up though.

The more interesting thing to me is they are using 3 disc for it. Guessing they remembered the fit people pitched over I think it was Tears for Tiara being on 2 disc. Still undecided if I will be triple dipping or not. Between old cartoon series and Video games coming this fall I may not have the extra dough to bake up some bread for it.

Well, I think they would have had some issues doing it on just two discs. Tears to Tiara only had 2.0 lossless, while Clannad will have lossless 5.1. That’s a lot more audio information to fit on the discs. Or they might have seen the complaining on Mania and FP…lol
