The anime I was thinking was A Wind Named Amnesia. I can’t find any music that went with the show, but the clip reminded me of it.

Nope I’m pretty sure it’s not in that. I saw that movie a dozen times now. AMAZING soundtrack, but I don’t recall this song being in it. Could be wrong.

I know I’ve heard it before, and this movie came to mind.
Anyway, for some reason I picture a persons hair is blowing in the wind while this song is playing. Trying to get something from dragoons’ clue(something closer to home than one might think) isn’t helping either. I see either a show from America, a show made for America, something to do with a neighbor or an anime based in the US.

A girls hair in the wind makes me think of “A Wind Named Amnesia” too, so I see where your coming from.
I’d provide a longer clip except the other instrumentals I made… the guitars are a bit detuned and have pitch issues and don’t sound right (in fact it might confuse you all more :P), so that wouldn’t help anyway. 
But there might be a method to my madness. We’ll see. 
Well, I thought I narrowed it down to an ED song at least.
Though now, I’m not sure.

OOOh it is some sort of project? Like a DJ Dragoon Remix that your going to incorporate this into?
Yeah I was bored one or two nights for a little bit. I probably will not continue though as the song is too complex. Some of the harmony is too tough to figure out unless I bought some official sheet music to help and the original is too great. I feel like I’m touching the Mona Lisa. Now that you mentioned that though I think I have some DJ gear in the closet that I have not used since the late 90s/early 2000s - wonder if they still work.
Dude it is time to dust the stuff off. Get out all that gear! I’ll head to Texas. I know Tommy Plays guitar, I play a mean Kazoo. I bet we could light up the dance floor!
