The first anime had little sister Katherine Elle Armstrong, I think she might show up in this oneâŠ
If I remember correctly, Olivier is his only sister introduced in this one, though it has been quite awhile.

Ep. 37
[details=spoiler]How dare that brat put a scratch on Hawkeyeâs face!
Was not expecting the son to be a Homunculus. He seems to have major power as he went from the tunnel to home in just seconds.[/details]

LâArc-en-Ciel returns to perform theme for Julyâs Fullmetal Alchemist: Milos no Sei-Naru Hoshi
I gotta say I love Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood better that the original the story as it was meant to be told, not that I didnât like the first series, but the first series had to many holes in the storyline. I love that Adult Swim added it to their lineup, the only problem I had was the openings were cropped pretty bad I understand they got airtime to think about though so its all good but if you havenât seen the full versions check them out they compliment the storyline so well.

Really bad it seems.

For future reference, on this link are we supposed to mark all plot points as spoilers or only plot points that have yet to be revealed on adult swims airing?

For sure all plot points to be revealed yet on Adult Swim, and to be safe (since there are still people who havenât watched this at all yet best to put all major stuff that wasnât revealed in the first anime in spoilers.
Thanks, thought I would check before I posted.
I would have to say that brotherhood has really impressed me. If I was forced to pick I would have to go with brotherhood over the original anime, though both are great (and both have their own strengths and weaknesses IMO).
One that comes to mind is the difference in how the homonculus are created between the original and brotherhood. I actually prefer the original series concept of them being created by alchemists who try and fail at human transmutation versus brotherhood where they are created by âFatherâ. I think the original gives more meaning and weight behind the seven deadly sins that represent each different homonculus.

The animation for that trailer looks awful. I hope itâs not the finished product.

Sadly, I think it is.
It opens in a week, and ever since the first trailer/promo itâs looked like that.
Which is just bad.
Not only is it a useless side story, that animation looks horribly atrocious.
I really have no desire to see this now, after keeping up with the trailers.

Agreed, but of course I will end up watching it at some point.

Unless they happen to air it on [as], or FUNi conveniently streams it while I happen to be at their site already, I certianly wonât go out of my way to see it.

I love eps. 53 (tonights) & 54 (next weeks)!
I was kind of worried at how the dub would turn out, with these two in particular, due toâŠ
âŠthe emotion and rage of Roy.
Travis really didnât do too bad of a job, though with ep. 53, the emotion in his voice just wasnât as strong as I was hoping for in these parts.
Thereâs something very satisfying about watching Mustang slowly incinerate that homunculus, pinpoint burning things over and over. Hopefully he kills the expletive thing off in the next episode.
