Wouldn’t surprise me if the people that handle the blog at Funimation found out from their IT department only shortly before they put out the message. Seems it’s traditional to make big changes on little or no notice.

New site is up, it’s a little Klunky, imo (Though TAN did a better site revamp than this, YMMV) but make your own judgements.

The design seems to be the new standard everywhere nowadays. It comes off as loud but I applaud Funimation’s organization up top. You don’t always see it that nice.

I agree, looking at it on my PC it looks wonky as it has some mobile-focused aspects that aren’t so hot on PC (huge tiles, lots of vertical scrolling to see everything) but it also has PC-specific options like a menu system that requires hovering the mouse over it to page through.

At one point in time there was supposed to be a separate standard protocol and separate sites for PCs and what was then known as PDAs. Wonder what happened to it?
