Alternate take, the user base wants all of Funimationâs catalog on Hulu. Perhaps theyâre tired of paying for multiple services.

Wow, Japan has 20 seasons per year? Shoot, here I am with only a paltry 4 
Makes sense to me. I see Funimation take flak for their apps & interface being subpar & not available on every streaming device under the sun, so it could benefit them to stop tossing money away trying to reinvent the wheel that Hulu already has rolling.
From the streamer standpoint, Hulu is $8/month. The Hulu that everyone wants, the ad-free version, is $12/month. Funimation is $6/month, more than enough to cover the upgrade.

It should be noted that now that Buddy Complex has returned to Funimation, The 2 part Special conclusion Episodes are now available to stream again

We will have to see where Sony takes them and what goes on with the Hulu deal . Gen is good at spinning things to suit what sounds like success and that it was no fault of Funimation .

Iâm still a bit steamed over how Funimation had horrid Quality Assurance on the original LE of this and just swept it under the rug. Iâm not surprised that it is an Essentials, because if more folks had bought it, Funi wouldâve addressed the problem?
I vaguely remember seeing this one subbed years ago. Sure looks like it hails from a better era, where on-disc extras were a thing though.

Sounds like another time where everyone loses. Exclusives are awful, bidding wars among licensors are awful, it sure sounds like weâve been down this road before.

I might pick up Death March Later on just because I loved the OP / ED for this series, although the title was a bit mediocre in execution.
But Series, you really pick up shows for OP / ED even if they are Bad?
Not bad because I wonât touch Magical Warfare even if nano kicked ass on Born to Be (The ED)
I did pick up Hundred because of its OP, and I picked up Blade Dance of the Tsundere-mentalers for its ED
