Honestly, you think the boyfriend would have been pissed. I know if someone slapped my significant other, I would be all up in their face. Later, when they show a close up of him, he doesnāt even seemed phased by it.

I think the whole point of slapping her was to say, āListen, I donāt have time for your BSā, āThis is seriousā. Also, since his best friend was her boyfriend, he probably knew he smacked her for a reason.

All I have to say is Iām a huge zombie movie fan and anime fanā¦ this show has me shellshocked. Does anybody know of an older anime of similar romantic/action/drama qualities? Bear in mind thereās a good chance Iāve already seen it lol. ;]
As for one with zombies, I canāt really think of any. Despite their love for zombies in live action films, there havenāt been too many zombie anime series. As for other similar action or horror series with romantic undertones, the only one I can think of off hand is Elfen Lied.

Finally saw it and loved it. Iām sure this will be a must buy DVD.
