I’ve never heard of someone being limited to posting and then being able to go ahead and post anyway by making a new thread.

All reports for Video on Demand problems should be posted in Anime Network VOD Reports/Updates/Questions thread.

Please try again and if you’re still unable to post there, then post your report in this thread.
