ALREADY GUESSED:
Raoh - voiced by Andrew Love – The eldest of the four Hokuto brothers, and a master of Hokuto Shinken, the ultimate art of assassination. He decides that he is the only one that has sufficient power to conquer the world and bring peace to it.

Souga – voiced by David Matranga - The strategist of Raoh’s army and Reina’s older brother. He is a master of the Songshan Whirlwind Kick.

Reina – voiced by Emily Neves - The female captain of Raoh’s Royal Guards. She is a master swordswoman who uses a style known as the Twin Blades of the Sun & Moon. She is a childhood friend of Raoh.

Sakuya – voiced by Shelley Calene-Black - A mysterious woman who joins Raoh’s army as a strategist. She is a master of the Black Mountain Dark Form Fist. Her aims are unclear.

Uighur – voiced by Rob Mungle - A felon imprisoned at Cassandra, he survives five death sentences. He duels Raoh in a test of strength which ends in a draw. Raoh makes him the new warden of Cassandra, supplanting Gion.

Ryurou – voiced by Kalob Martinez - A master of the South Dipper Flowing Seagull Fist. He leads a quiet, peaceful life in the forest. He tries to convince Raoh to use his power as a force for good, like Toki.

Juda – voiced by Blake Shepard - Successor to the South Dipper Crimson Crane Fist. He attempts to obtain power for himself by shifting allegiance between Raoh and Souther as the occasion demands.

Dagale – voiced by John Gremillion - Juda’s aide and successor to the South Dipper Conjoined Wing Fist. He succeeds in capturing Reina, but in unable to hold her for long.

Narrator – voiced by Marty Fleck - Um, well, the narrator…

The following roles still need to be guessed:

Goram – A warlord who rules the north from his hideout, the Devil Rock Castle. He is a practitioner of the Emei Fist.

Gion – A warlord who lures Raoh’s army to the Valley of the Black King where many are trampled to death by a herd of wild horses. He becomes a minion of Raoh and is initially assigned to be the Warden of Cassandra Prison.

Gaoh – Womanizing ruler of the impregnable Black Steel Castle.

Habaki - Commander of Goah’s army. He uses the South Dipper Falcon Fang Fist.

Amon – Master of the Taiji Dragon Fist, and original founder of Cassandra.

Toki – The second of the four Hokuto brothers. He is terminally ill as the result of exposure to nuclear fallout. He has been living in the Village of Miracles where he uses his knowledge to heal the sick. After he refuses to fight for Raoh, he is imprisoned in Cassandra.

Ryuga – A master of the Taishan Heavenly Wolf Fist, his fated star is Sirius, a star which does not belong to any constellation. He is Juza and Yuria’s older brother. He decides to join Raoh’s battle, believing that the only way to achieve world order is through force.

Juza – Ryuga’s younger brother, and a free-spirited wanderer. He goes to Southern Cross to rescue his younger sister Yuria.

Isabella – A female assassin working for Dagale.

Gaiya – Master of the Black Mountain Dark Form Fist, and Sakuya’s brother. Although he appears to be a plain soldier, he is actually the leader of the Meio Army. He is able to defeat Ryuga and Souga, but cannot defeat Raoh.

Thouzer – Sole successor to the South Dipper Phoenix Fist. A childhood rival of Raoh. He has since taken the title of Holy Emperor and is the only warlord to rival Raoh’s power.

She will be at Anime Boston according to her post at Maina, she will reveal the remaining cast on Tuesday.

I think its the most logical of the bunch to release on Blu-ray. Just glad unlike Appleseed they are not giving me the shaft and doing it Blu only.

Just for my own curiosity, why do you think that? Other than the fact the BD rights were probably cheaper or easier to negotiate than it’s other titles.

Main reason I think is it’d be a easier title to get in to retail as its got the action show with a decent known name appeal. Plus the first set of Original FOTNS is coming out at the end of June from Discotek. Other reason is they won’t have as many complaints about no lossy or why they did not get the Japanese Blu-Ray masters since there is none.

Seriously waiting for someone to start complaining about no lossy.

Well, at least Sentai gave us surround sound on both language tracks for the Appleseed bluray. That’s more than a certain other company is doing for it’s release.

I know there will be complaints about no lossless audio, but you can’t please everyone.

You are probably right about the retail situation with the title. But I wonder if this release will make it to too many shelves anyway.

EDIT: Never mind! Best Buy just updated the sku. It will be carried in stores. I need to find out if mine is getting this ASAP! The first Sentai release sold really well for us, so I’m hoping we do!

Well, they said there would be an upgrade program for the five shows. I can’t imagine them not doing it for the bluray as well, though it will undoubtedly be more expensive than the DVD.

I’m still not a big fan of trading in titles, so I will just order the bluray.

I too will go the upgrade route. I mean, now that the new release will have both tracks on them, I won’t be watching the sub only version anymore. So might as well put it to good use with the program.

Now wonder what the new cover will be or will they just use the same from the 1st release?

I’m still not a big fan of trading in titles, so I will just order the bluray.

At this time I need shelve space lol so Blue Drop and Legends of the Dark King are shows that I will go the upgrade route. Clannad is different because I now have a reason to pick up one of each of the R3 artboxes (one for Clannad and one for After Story [which I have]).

I may keep my sub-only Ghost Hound and Tears to Tiara because Section23 will most likely use STACKpaks for the complete collections and I will most likely put the bilingual discs in the sub only collections.

I hope our version gets a 5.1 mix too, like Australia’s. That would be sweet, hearing body parts explode, blood splish and splash in glorious surround sound.
