My little wolfy, all growed up and edumacated!

My daughter graduated from high school today. Sniff. She’ll be going to our local community college this August for an education degree, and then go to my alma mater to finish it up her degree in another year or two. It will save us about 35 grand, so it will be worth it. Any new graduates here on the forums?

Oooh, congrats to not-so-little-anymore wolfy! Sounds like she has a great plan worked out!

Just out of curiosity, didn’t she used to post here?

My sister recently graduated high school as well, I’d say she’s pretty stoked for college.

Ya she was lil wolfy, but she doesn’t come on the forums anymore. She’s still an anime fan, but her priorities are more her boyfriend and gaming.

She’ll be going for a major in Mathematics and Education, with a minor in computer programming. She hopes to teach computer programming at a secondary school, but she’s a math wiz and will focus on that.

Congratulations Timber. I wish only the best for your future endeavors. Do you have any plans for college or work?
About the locker. They wouldn’t let seniors into the main part of the school after their last class on the 9th of June. Eventhough they had to be in school for practice for 4 more days, they were real pricks to the seniors. Maybe it was a security issue, but many of the students were upset that they couldn’t say a real goodbye to their favorite teachers or get any locker materials.

Thank you very much, Slick! I am actually going to Kentucky State University to make use of the full ride scholarship that I received from them, and will return to Michigan and go to an art college, but I haven’t made up my mind to which one… (tykes…)

I was the same way, tykes… I was trying to get pictures of the teachers that I didn’t get at graduation, but couldn’t get through…

At least I wasn’t like the underclassmen- they were stuck in the Auditorium with the AC off for the entire day… If I hadn’t told my underclass-friends, they would’ve stayed there instead of taking trips to the park with me, lol…

If feels like it’s been a really long time since I finished High School, but I only graduated last year. Even though I thought I didn’t like high school, and at first I was glad to be done with it, I kind of miss it now. High school was a lot of fun.
Although I didn’t graduate this year, I have a cousin in Nevada who graduated this year, and My cousin who goes to the same school I did graduates this year as well.

Congratulations Slick to you and your daughter! I hope she has a wonderful future ahead of her and I know you must be a very proud papa right now!

Awww I thought this would be about Wolfo :X Well congrats to your daughter, be glad she isn’t trying to be an engineer like me. Maybe she will have time for friends :woohoo: Though as a math wiz it probably would be easier for her than it is for me.

I actually told her she should think about the engineering field or architecture field, but she said no. There is big money in both, but she wants to teach.
