I think TAN needs a new Password rest

I wonder wondering if The tan could change up The password because the Password Link no longer works for older TAN I have sent an email to the tech staff about my old TAN account,
Instead of link and a token, How about a temp password sent to the member’s email, to log in with it,

and then it takes to the rest password chamber of this board,

I am just trying to help
I would like my old account back

I am still having a Password problem with my old account

Didn’t support get back to you? There really isn’t anything we can do for you here in the forum. They have to do an Admin reset.

I have a big problem I lost my Password to my Main account and when I
tried to rest it the Link is broken

at 1st I thought it was yahoo. so I tried Gmail & this happens

so could technical support help me out and give me and fix the
password reset link so I can have my main account because
it is connected with my HIDIVE network
account
