Years of experience with the weirdness of steam has helped me in figuring out how it all works. I love steam though… so many games.
There should be a Steam thread… What would be in it though? Hats! Yes! There will be hats!
Valve is known for their hats, so it would work out… Did you know that valve made a Hat Simulator? It’s free to play too. It’s called Team Fortress 2.
Yeah, I got a free copy of it before it was F2P when I downloaded Steam. I got some iPod earbuds as a promotional item to go with it. I tried playing the game, but my laptop nearly shat itself.
That’s right, I’m just looking through my library though and looking at what multiplayer games that I have. How about Trine 2? I’ve been wanting to play that game, but have no one to play with.
Also, If anyone wants one, I have an extra invite to the Super Monday Night Combat beta on steam… I ran out of friends that don’t have it.
It looks like you have over 100 games with no game time. Is that because some games don’t count time played, or are you just holding off until you have time? Also, nice list!
Slick
Steam sales are so good, that you just kind of have games on perma hold. Even though I don’t have 100s of games, I have a lot of games with 0 play time as well.
Yeah, Steam sales are crazy awesome, and some of them are bundles that come with games that would cost more if you just bought the one game… so a lot of games I have, I only have because I wanted one of the games in the pack.
Though, looking at my list, it doesn’t seem to count time towards DLC and expansions. Though maybe they haven’t always kept tracks, since I’m very sure I’ve played Half Life 2 enough times to have more than just 20 hours on it.
yes, some games it doesn’t seem to count play time, because I’ve played some of the games on my list that don’t have a recorded play time… It also doesn’t record play time for DLC, and expansions.
Someone already took my name on PSN so added a ** - ** to the end. Probably that punk ass kid who took it on a few forums after seeing me on XBL years back playing Halo 2 I think. I’ve been using the name since mid 90’s so.
I assume that they only started counting time past a certain version of the Steam API, so older play throughs don’t show up as apart of that time. Expansions and DLC would show up with the original go, or so I’d hope.
