Perfect no longer: Cowboys slay the Goliath of the league.
What an incredible game. We played nearly perfect and played to a point that no one gave us any chance to do. This keeps our hopes alive for post-season play. But we’ll need to string a win or two with the remaining games left, and hopefully get some luck as well.
Thanks everyone. Well, my day went pretty good. The only problem, the Eagles game getting bumped took away the FOX broadcast of the Steelers game. I listened to it on the radio, and we won. YES! I will be eating my cake and ice cream in about 10 minutes, so I’ll have a piece for you slow.
Thanks for the luck dragoon.

Slick yeah same here, but they switched at the end. It was a ridiculously exciting finish. The Steelers would kept painting themselves into a corner and getting into 4th downs and medium and I was losing all hope for them, then time and time again they delivered - then again on the final strike. I was jumping up and down, lol. Great game.
Admittedly I was rooting for them for my sake as well as yours. A Packer loss would strengthen the Cowboy’s playoff positioning and would be welcome in case we can’t beat the Eagles.

That last play was so amazing though.
Sorry Zaku and Mita. ;(
I missed seeing the final drive. Hopefully, it will be replayed of the NFL Network this week. I was out and about listening to it on the radio in my car, so I didn’t expect it to be on. It was fun and exciting listening to it though. I went for my free birthday meal at the local Seafood resturant(Hint, it has been seen on The Office) and was hoping they had the Direct TV season pass, but they didn’t.
One final note. The Steelers had just about everything right happen for them yesterday. Bronco’s, Jags, Jets, and Miami lost. Now, all Pittsburgh needs is for the Jags and Bronco’s(playing Eagles and Patriots) to lose 1, and the Steelers to win the final 2, and I believe their in. The Jets will play a role in there, but they also need to win their final 2. I’m not 100% sure who would win the tie-breaker, but at least they’re still in it.

It all depends what happens with the Vikings tomorrow and next week. Al said at the end of tonight’s game that Eagles and Cowboys still have a shot at 2nd seed if vikings lose and Cowboys or Eagles win out. Who knows how the tie-breaker thing will work out next week if the Vikings keep losing.
If the standings hold then yeah we’re gonna have to go to Phili for the first round and you guys will have to play Cards 2x also lol. -_-
Very exciting Vikings and Bears game. Major kudos to the Bears for persevering through adversity. For a moment there I thought Favre magic might win out again.
A lot of interesting combinations are now presented due to this loss. If Cowboys win and Vikings lose next week, Cowboys will take 2nd seed! Either way, Cowboys need to win next week so at least they have home field for 1 playoff game.
Next week is going to look to be a very exciting weekend.
And the Cowboys dominate to stop the so-called most explosive offense in the league. What’s that now, critics kept doubting us yet we slayed two of the big titans in the league.
However, the problem has always been consistency, can the Cowboys do it again next week against these same Eagles? Also amusing that Packers and Cards will face off each other again next week. Who knows how the playoff games will turn out in comparison.
Regardless, Cowboys won the NFC East and #3 in the NFC and at least for today, that is something to celebrate!
I wish Vikings lost. I don’t like the idea of playing the Eagles twice in a row… Cowboys offense today was brilliant but has been oft-called simple. I hope they don’t figure us out by next week. If Vikings lost we would have had a bye and could have faced someone else…
I’ve been putting my Fantasy Football stuff together all day. We pick teams tomorrow, so I needed to print all of my league rules and players available. I’m the commissioner in my league(10 years), so I have a lot to do. Go Steelers!

I won my league this year, by 2 points. Man was it close. 3rd place was about 30 points away, so it was actually an extremely close call at the end.
