this is probably why it is straight copied to MP4 first to turn into a VOB for DVD
then they have the file in digital format to do everything else with
or is it still MP2?

I would, though Iâm under the impression that physical discs these days are just for older collectors.
Warner released Batman TAS onto bluray, that gives me some hope that theyâre seeing the light on bluray, but itâs definitely a sad truth that US media companies by and large still havenât warmed to bluray for anything outside of film. Iâve lost count of how many modern shows have only seen the first season on bluray and the rest on DVD, making the HDTV rips online better than the official retail product
you mean the consumers. VHS jsut quit being sold how long ago? People that have a gaming console also use NEtflix so dont need home video.
TV watchers use home video and they are tired of having to speedily upgrade so often. not to mention everyone canât aford to put a brand new palyer in each room with a TV now since more people have TVs in their home because of console gaming, or jsut Ozzy and HArriet are long gone and people watch more TV now than when Ed Sullivan comes on and the family gathers around in the living room.
not to mention all the AmazonFireStick, Roku, GoogleTV or whatever that lets people stream shows right into the TV, who cares to upgrade to a bluray when they still have DVD players, and BR still ha to play DVDs or people wont buy them.
USA has been dealing with planned obsolescence for so long that are sick of it with neccessities, they wont deal with it with luxuries.
also the people who like older She-Ra, HE-man, ThunderCats are more likely to have DVD players than younger people buying their first player not having access to them and only had BR to buy as an option.
You have to reach the widest audience possible with a niche. and this way it tries to promote TumblrCats to people IF AT&T will still release that now that they own WB and have been cleaning house in it to cut costs and personnel.
wouldnât be surprised if the soy-boy creator was gone by now, and with the changes inTumblr where the platform is dying off, he has no place else to go.
Anime remake didnt work for people becaue they wanted new stories witht he original character, and TumblrCats wonât work either because people that like ThunderCats donât care for Steven Universe with anthropomorphic cats.
Bluray has been around for 13 years now though, itâs time to upgrade. As Shawn Klekner of RightStuf said when asked if heâd release his newer Nozomi anime licenses on DVD, âjust go buy a cheap bluray playerâ.
The DVD format was created over 20 years ago, in a time when people were still watching on CRT TVs over (interlaced) analog video connections. Now that weâre all watching on HDTVs, the many sacrifices to quality necessary to make DVD work with 1990s electronics are too visible.
If they have a home console, odds are high that it is also a bluray player (eg: PS3, all PS4s, Xbones besides the new âXbone SADâ). Streaming services arenât much of a substitute as their quality is below blu-ray, they delete content quickly from their service, and now they seem focused on streaming their own âOriginal Contentâ instead of 3rd party content.

Itâs alright. It is just the intro after all. Now had he actually done a whole episode using the same realistic designs, youâd see just how cringe the show actually is and see how it doesnât hold up well all these decades.
There are some things that work using different mediums: old-school cell animation, CGI, and live-action.
