Toonami T-shirts
Toonami had a very impressive night on November 22nd. 6 shows breached the 1 million mark which might be a first in the 2012 revival. They must be thrilled to have Dish back.

Toonami Hellsing Finale Episode 9
The Mike Toole Show ~ Only Toonami?
I still remember April Fool’s Day 2012, when the switch flipped and the anime dork conversation shifted from “Will they ever bring Toonami back?” to “When will they bring Toonami back? How soon?” It was because of a PR stunt, with the cable TV network running a late-nite redux of the action cartoon block, which once ruled a significant portion of the cable TV landscape in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Intriguingly, the telecast was a huge hit on social media, and just two months later, the block’s return was announced—but not as a weekday afternoon lark, but as a late-Saturday-night affair.

Great schedule. I’m surprised to see Deadman Wonderland make a return but it’s good for those that may have missed it the first time during the Toonami re-launch. Could be a placeholder too until they get something new maybe. Inuyasha: TFA moving up an hour is a huge plus. The ratings have been great so far so it deserves it. Cowboy Bebop in HD FINALLY!
Bonus points if the manage to run the non-TV-safe version of the Deadman Wonderland dub again
CN is still going through with the pillarboxing of Bebop HD?
I remember stumbling onto anime on a late night TV run years ago and that started the fandom. I can’t be sure, as my opinion of shows is different now from what it was then, but I don’t believe that any of these shows would grab my interest were I now as I was then; DBZ Kai still seems like the odd man out to me.
I remember being in high school in 2001 and knew somebody who was a huge Bebop fan, just discussing it at the lunch table. At the time I was lost, had no idea what he was talking about. My have I grown. lol
Adult Swim’s “Toonami” Block Announces Return of “Deadman Wonderland” and “Cowboy Bebop” in HD
Cowboy Bebop returns to schedule after hiatus, Deadman Wonderland returns after viewer demand
Fans of Adult Swim’s Toonami block have much to look forward to after this month, as the block returns to its normal schedule in January with a couple of surprises. First, Cowboy Bebop returns to Toonami and the series will be broadcast for the first time in HD starting with the first episode “Asteroid Blues”. The head of the block in Jason DeMarco has also confirmed that the show will be re-edited to fit current broadcast standards on Adult Swim.
In addition, the block has announced the return of the 12-episode death metal video better known as Deadman Wonderland after airing during 2012-2013. The series was previously streamed on Crunchyroll before being licensed for home video release by Funimation in 2011. Anyone looking forward to either series next month?

Watched the new Toonami and I was quite surprise. Attack on Titan has lived up to the hype in my eyes.

Really wish they would push Cowboy Bebop up in the lineup so I didn’t have to stay up until 4:30 to watch it.
If you have the West Coast feed of CN, just watch it at 7:30 A.M.

That was fast! It was one of the most requested shows for Toonami but certainly didn’t expect it to begin already. Even better is the 11:30 P.M. slot.
