Well, it’s a bit obvious but avatars seem to be broken, regardless of what sites the links are to.

Just a quick note that walls are only partially working. You can’t add a comment and you can’t delete a post to your wall. (My apologies if this has been reported already.)

LoL! You can post on someone’s wall, and you can post on your own wall. And that’s still better than no walls at all. :slight_smile:

The board has been upgraded and it doesn’t seem to have major breakage. ( Amazing when you think about it. )

However, the font is too small for my eyes on my 20" Dell Widescreen monitor.

Is there a way to adjust it? I haven’t found anything in Help, indeed Help is empty right now.

I’m starting a list, (one of the things I do best, I might add) so I’ll put that on it. I’d suggest making the font larger, but you’d have to do it manually, since the boardcodes are missing.

I’m sure the programmers’ eyes are still crossed from yesterday’s marathon upgrade. It will take them a while to find all the bugs and fix them.

THE WALLS WORK! And everything on them seems to work. I’m at my place of employment so I can’t try to post a video, but will try it tonight. :slight_smile:

One piece of good news. This morning, I got a slew of e-mail from the site-some about PMs going back two years or more. I hadn’t received e-mail from the forums in over a year.

Anyway, the actual reason I’m here is different. I just have a little problem: something keeps happening where my tabs close and my internet browser keeps on having to recover them. I’m not sure what this is all about (I’d guess url something); it’s a little problem, but something that has happened every other time I go from one page to another on here.
If is makes it any easier to explain the problem, yes, I am an IE user. Please look into it if you can. :slight_smile:

Which version of IE are you running? (to find out, click on the ‘Help’ and then ‘About Internet Explorer’. I’m pretty sure that you need to be running version 8 or 9 for this to work properly.

It says I’m running IE 8, version 8.0.6001.18702.

As I thought, Admin can’t do anything for you.

You might think about upgrading to IE9. That’s what I’m running and I’m not having any trouble at all.

Otherwise, the only help offered is to “check your local system and brower preferences”.

I hope that helps you out some.

A lot of people, including myself, are having issues logging in. Also, when I try to view PM’s, it asks me to log in. Not sure what’s up.

EDIT - seems to be ok for now.

They’re working on fixing some of the issues and when they update stuff, it kicks us all out.

Just have to put up with it for now.

Yes, thank you slow. We’re still ironing out all the bugs around here. The period you weren’t able to log in was some mini downtime, didn’t last more than half an hour. Thanks for your patience anyhow!

so is anyone else unable update/change their profile info? i can’t change my about me, what i’m watching, or favs. ;( need help

I just edited my profile, and it worked. Where do you get stuck at?

well i edit it and then i click save at the bottom. after the page loads nothing has changed.
