Dittos on the missing content as of Noon EDT, 3/12. As of 15:00 EDT, 3/12 there’s no content displayed on channel 1889 at all - a condition that’s been intermittent for at least the last month.
As to Cross Ange #2, it’s not just you, but my experience was a bit different. It queued and downloaded without apparent incident (along with other programs being downloaded at the same time), but when I tried to play it I got the following message: “All or part of this program was not recorded due to a problem at broadcast time. Please wait while we scan the recording for viewable content.” After about 30 seconds or so, I got a prompt requesting me to either keep or delete the program. Having already seen the episode, I deleted it. For reference, I also downloaded episode 3 at the same time, and was able to view the first two minutes before I deleted it.
If streaming video works for you, it ought to be available via the online player/Hulu, with the attendant ads…

Missing content has appeared, as reported by others. As always, thanks to those who made it happen.
However, the inability to play Cross Ange #2 remains, after downloading along with the late content. Same message appears (for me, anyway - see below). Probably a moot point, since that program expires this Thursday, but it should be reported anyway. As I mentioned before, I downloaded & viewed it without problems when it was initially released so it was viewable at one point.

The problem I was experiencing with the schedule page appears to have been resolved since the last time I posted. The page loads without a problem now.
