I would appreciate any update your Administration is able to get from Frontier during this transition. I have been unable to get any solid answers from Frontier outside of their standard mid-April completion date but the focus seems to be on the movie channels - my concern is whether this date includes other on demand channels like the Anime Network.

I checked your web site and some episodes are available to guests (Rin-ne and ReKan) while most are restricted to premium users (Food Wars, Gate, Ushio and Tora, etc.). Since episodes will be added and dropped today, does Anime Network have any suggestions on how my family can watch shows we have no access to at this point?

The good news is that the 4/14 update was fully uploaded. But the bad news is that the three episodes from the 3/31 update are still very much missing.

I am sorry about not reporting in. But seriously, not reporting in would mean that there has been no change. I would’ve report in otherwise.

Frontier FIOs CA 90505

Well, another week has passed and the Anime Network on Demand service is still unavailable as Frontier continues to poorly manage the transition from Verizon. Do you have any updates? It can’t be good for ANOD to lose all former Verizon FIOs viewers who subscribed in the Los Angeles area for over 2 weeks now.
