When I paid my bill on November 1, 2016 I informed the clerk of the problem and he told to keep up with you on the problem regarding the missing/problem Title Episodes.
At first, on October 13, 2016 update it was a simple Error Occured report ERR-32 to this number but said number always gave a bust single when I called it. Then for almost two weeks the problem Title Episodes kept being removed the returned but were still not playing before repeating and are now gone entirely.
The following Title Episodes are still Missing/Not Received since the updates on October 13, 2016 at midnight. Since that time the following Title Episodes have been appearing on the lineup and playing normally.

No change on the missing episode front: the fourteen episodes remain MIA.
On the triviality front, I did a quick superficial pass through the On Demand Portal side of things, and everything looked OK (apart from the missing episodes, that is) with the following small anomalies:
In the series description of Re:Hamatora, it says it’s the sequel to “Hamatore” (perhaps the Italian version?);
In the Wake Up, Girls! folder, it lists the movie as “Season 1, Episode 1”;
While episodes 2 and 3 of Hayate II correctly appear in the Hayate the Combat Butler! folder as Season 2, Episodes 2 and 3, there’s a separate folder Hayate the Combat Butler (sans exclamation point) for Hayate II #1, where it’s listed as Season 1, Episode 1. Oddest of all, the episode description reads, “Xiao Se must find a way to make money after his parents leave him in debt.” (The Chinese version?)
TWC/Spectrum has done something unusual - the scheduled episodes for the 11/3 update ALL arrived on 11/3!
