Also starting this week, I am unable to rewind or fast forward anything. I don’t mind not being able to fast forward, but not being able to rewind is pretty annoying.

Thanks for your report, please keep me updated if you receive any of these episodes.
The fast-forward & rewinding is most likely a Spectrum/TWC issue, so you should get in contact with them about it. You could test another channel and see is you have the same issue.

Well tomorrow will be fun with me going to complain to Suddenlink about the whole ubar-fu of the 10-13-16 updates which never got returned to the list after about 10-22-16 of their removal/return hopscotch and the whole counter employee giving me the following like in the years past and for the past four weeks…
Them- Call this number and inform them of the problem.
Me- It doesn’t work as I always get a busy signal tone
Them- Have you contacted the Service Provider
Me- Yes they say they’re trying to fix the problem with your OPS team since day-X
Them- Well keep contacting them… which was when I paid my bill on 11-1-16

When I tried reporting these missing episodes to TWC/Spectrum, they refused to acknowledge that the episodes were, in fact missing, since the episodes in question were not listed on their website as being available!!
The missing episodes from 10/20 update:
High School of the Dead Episode 2 - Escape From the DEAD
became available late Friday (11/11). When I tried following up with TWC/Spectrum about the other missing episodes, they reported that their Bridge team had reported the problem as resolved, and insisted that the problem is at my end (service tech due 11/14 am). Received a call 11/13 evening from TWC/Spectrum Advanced Bridge/Tech Support team asking if problem had been resolved (it had not), and when informed, person said that the tech coming 11/14 should be resolving issue with box?!
Remaining 10/20 update still MIA:

It’s a cold Monday and still no updates. We’re now on the third week without any updates. Question is if this problem will either be resolved before the coming update or presist.

Surprise of Surprises! The service tech came, checked the equipment, the cable leading to the house, everything working fine! He said the problem is at their end(!!!), and would notify his supervisor.
Bottom line: wee small hours 11/15, the MIA episodes from 10/20 update still MIA, as are the two episodes from the 11/10 update.

All of the missing…remain missing. Looks bad for Haikyu #3 et al–but I still live in hope. (After all, we had that one time where the missing episodes arrived the very day they were set to expire.)
