The good news is the missing episode was reloaded onto the Frontier menu (Undefeated Bahamut Chronicles Episode 09). The bad news is the majority of this week’s updates are missing from the Frontier menu. The list of missing shows is as follows:

TWC help people when I asked them about that episode that what they told me.
"For the episodes of Gate On Demand
16 should be on your STB and online
17 should be on STB and online
18 Only online
19 should be on STB and online
20 should be on STB and online.
I am not certain why 18 is not also made available though your set top box.
