- Please confirm if your items are still missing. Everything pending has been reported as resolved by other customers. If itâs still missing, need to know if the youâre using the Contour 1 or the Contour 2 platform.

- Gate 18 is being worked on now. Should be available this week- keep an eye out.
- @Kirbyroth - Your missing eps should be available later today/tonight.

- Investigating this to see the cause, probably wonât get relabeled.

- This is your December schedule - the usual schedule page wonât work.
- Whole series/cours added monthly to your library.

Have checked all of the episodes from the 12/15 update, all episodes were intact. They are still labeling Re: Hamatora as Hamatora 01xx (where xx is the episode number), and they are now labeling all TAN episodes by this numbering system (yyxx, where yy is the season number, the xx the two-digit episode number).
Still no sign of Gate 18 (from 12/8 update), but the episode is now listed on their website.
Thanks again for your efforts in resolving these issues we TAN viewers have with our cable/satellite program providers. We donât thank you nearly often enough for the work you have put in helping TAN to attempt to resolve these problems. From my past experiences dealing with Spectrum/TWC over the years, I realize that without your help with TAN from TANâs end of things, Spectrum/TWC would NEVER address the problem when an episode is missing.

I do not have a Contour receiver. I have Rovi IPG. So it shows up in the On Demand section.

I found the page on Cox and DVR Cisco 9865HDC is Contour 2 which are the boxes Iâm using.
