I had DirecTv back when I lived in Haines City. It always gave me problems too.

If you decide to get a different Cable setup, would you consider switching to Spectrum? With a quick search, it seems to be available in the LincoInton area. Upload wise, it appears more reliable, and that’s what many of our lovely members have, including Slow herself. Plus, it’s free VOD for the time being.

I used to work for them when they were Charter, After I quit, there was a class action lawsuit won by employees, I got a good chunk of money and free everything for 2 years.

I know things about their equipment that I just don’t like.

Too bad AN sold their soul to Hidive, I will truely miss it.

I’ll just have to make due with Funimation Now and Crunchyroll on my Roku.

Though nobody can go back and make a brand new start,

Anybody can start from now and make a brand new ending.

DirecTV Phoenix, AZ

I though last week was bad, but the hole has been dug quite a bit deeper.

  • The TAN channel, 1889, is not reachable by channel number or through the OnDemand menu entry. Both give the message "Channel not available".
  • It is, however, reachable through QuickTune, if you set this up in advance..
  • The entire 5/10 update is received. That's the "good" news.
  • As it was last week, the episodes are listed on the channel menu by episode title, not by series title and episode number. This makes it pretty much impossible to find anything.
  • Because of the number of incorrectly titled episodes, I'm not listing them in this message. I've added a tab "Mistitled Episodes" to my worksheet that lists the series title and number vs episode title.
  • The worksheet at http://tinyurl.com/yckwpnrs has been updated.
  • And, once again, I recommend burning the channel to the ground and starting over. The existing contents are neither usable nor salvagable.
  • There are 8 current shows. I'm not sure how to count the mistitled episodes.If you count them as missing, as I am inclined to do, then there are presently 0 watchable shows. If you count the mistitled episodes as present, then there are 2 watchable shows. This doesn't justify keeping either TAN or DirecTV and I am making plans accordingly.

@MaouSadao sorry for the delay. Frontier has not a clue to the new episode structure or lineup. Did get a credit for a month’s on demand charge. That said, I’m up to 184 episodes, which are not in any of the “non corrupted” service provider lineups. They are:

AKB0048 Season 1 SD and HD, 13 episodes each, some duplicated SD and HD episodes
AKB0048 Season 2 SD and HD , 13 episodes each
Busou Shinki - 12 episodes
Chihayafura Season 2 - can’t recall episode count
Unlimited Psychic Squad SD and HD, 12 episodes each
Amagami SS - 13 episodes
Little Busters - 12 episodes
The Familiar of Zero - 13 episodes

That’s all I can remember now. Will update later.

I knew I was missing a show. That are 2 Initial D the movies and 1 Initial D the move 3. It’s listed as:

Missing is Initial D “1”

Inital D 1 was part of the March upload. Sadly, this appears to have the same fate as Chihayafuru, where you get the sequels, but not the first part…
