I take it back. I sort of do have have an ad blocker. I have Kaspersky anti-virus, which blocks some ads and will do it for all browsers.
Turning Kaspersky off completely makes the providers visible. Turning Kaspersky back on has the providers still visible. I’m not sure where to go from here.
