Right Stuf and Nozomi Entertainment announced a new limited-edition lithograph, featuring art from the AZUMANGA DAIOH anime series, will be available on November 2, 2010. The artwork depicts several characters from homeroom class three: Sakaki, Kagura, Tomo, Chiyo, “Osaka,” and Yomi. As with previous art releases, the full-color, limited-edition print will be produced as a lithograph on high-quality paper, which has archival properties and is specifically for the reproduction of artwork. Each print will be priced at $49.99, measure 20 by 16 inches, and include a certificate of authenticity. Only 250 total prints of the Azumanga Daioh Lithograph will be made.

It’s some nice artwork, but I had been hoping they would go with something a bit different. Since Nozomi was mentioned, I have to wonder if they may have picked up the license for this one. ADV seemed to put out that one last set in 09, though Anime Network still seems to have TV and digital rights.

Started watching this on Hulu (Up to Ep. 15) and I have to say:
Tomo and Yukari-sensei need to be bitch slapped into next week.
Love Sakaki and Chiyo
but not enough to buy the DVD of it.
