When one of our cats went missing, we discovered he’d gotten in a fight with another cat and had a deep wound on his neck.

Well giving Rightstuf another chance pre-ordered a few Sentai releases . One being the K-on PBS . Have it ordered some places else ,but this way I’ll get one at least . If I get two one sealed and one opened or one to trade for something else .

Just canceled Armed and ordered both from Rightstuf . Keeping No Game No Life Zero at Amazon to just Incase . After this glad I pre-ordered K-on from Rightstuf now . Now trying to decide do I do the same for the Made in Abyss PBS . Now to also decide do I want Princess Principal as well .

My K-ON! was already pre-ordered from the Sentai store, so with the purchase of both CHUNIBYO S1 (the unicorn) and S2 PBS’S, there’s nothing really on my “must get” list at the moment.
Probably gonna pick up Girls In A Dungeon PBS around the Black Friday Sale though. If it’s still available.

I want to get that one the next sale as well I was going to during the one where I ordered way to much ,but well I ordered to much .
I think I’m going to hold off on buying anymore to then .
Got a lot of Anime already pre-ordered plus managed to get a pre-order for Fallout 76 Power Armor edition in for less then retail . Still over a $100 so have to factor that in as well as other video games . Plus with Made in Abyss and Princess Principal PBS I really want to see the final product and extras before I commit . Princess Principal is supposed to come out this month and they have not even shown it yet .

The regular release will be out this month.
The PBS on the other hand, now that probably will have a delay, since the contents and packaging haven’t even been revealed yet.

I’ve had several things ( non-anime related ) that had these month-long delivery windows from Amazon. The one that I did order came in three days, but that long window killed my desire to order rather effectively.

I’ve had three things from Amazon this year they’ve just canceled after a bit . Akira LE colored vinyl was the most recent . Had it on order for a good bit of time and they said here is a release date then a week later just canceled . My guess is that is what will happen with the NGNL0 PBS order from them .

When the US edition of an art book that my son Seth wanted was canceled earlier this year he asked if we could get the Japanese edition. I found it on Amazon and ordered it with a shipping estimate of 30 days. The vendor actually shipped it from Kyoto by Air Express and we had it three days later.

I found a old faded receipt the other day from Suncoast . It reminded me of all the crazy deals them , Saturday Matinee , and FYE used to have . Geneon/Pioneer sets priced at 50% off then they were also buy one get one free at the same time . With the members 10% discount I was getting stuff so crazy cheap . I was traveling to different ones in different states to get what I could . Ended up with a lot of great series I’d not have tried otherwise . It was unfortunately a bad sign of what was to come . Companies went under and others became a shell of thier former self . It’s a little crazy thinking back to the dread most of us were feeling that were around then to see how companies that either stayed or reformatted changed and thrived again .
Also thinking back to a time when Crunchyroll was not exactly doing stuff legally . Fansubs were more of a needed thing as a lot of stuff went unlicensed or with no way to see them outside of paying the ransom Japan was asking for Unsubbed sets . Glad things have gotten to this point . Still some issues with to many streaming services that sounds like it’s going to get worse before it gets better ,but all and all not a bad time to be a fan .

Dear Pizza Companies,
I understand that pepperoni is the most popular topping out there, but if you want me for a customer, you should start showing something else in your ads.
I dislike pepperoni with a passion, and if I’m even a little bit interested in trying your product, I’m immediately turned off by all your commercials featuring pepperoni-only pizzas.
Maybe you could have pepperoni AND another type in your ads??

They are marketing towards my youngest son. If it isn’t Pepperoni Pizza or Pockets then he won’t touch it. It has to be regular sliced pepperoni, none of that cubed stuff. He’s picky about other things, though he gets a good variety of foods, but pepperoni is a passion for him.

Strangely enough, a few Suncoast still exist. I hear tell this is because the parent company of FYE elected to retain Suncoast stores in areas that didn’t already have a FYE.
The last time I went to one though was back when Funi was hyping up that film Hal. I guess it worked as I watched it? 
But I remember the good times in the glory days of Suncoast. Maybe there’s still hope a resurgence, since the obsession with vinyl is keeping physical media alive? Interestingly, Vinyl has no DRM and it is alive and well while blu-ray and UHD bluray especially have incredibly obnoxious DRM and they’ve hit the skids; could there be a connection?
Dunno, Crunchy might be in trouble as their app and PC player have issues but instead of using subscriber fees to fix them (or license more anime) they’re spending money to create their own cartoon.
I see that the interweb is upset about this, but it hits closer to home for me as several of my pals, longtime subscribers, have just recently canceled Crunchy because they’re tired of the issues that haven’t gotten fixed.
