How long has it been since PCs have had floppy drives?
I've discovered that for V-Sync to work properly, the "main display" has to be monitor #1 according to Windows' display manager. Sadly, the only way to switch these numbers seems to be physically switching the cables. Windows fail.
I still can’t get fullscreen windowed V-Sync to be quite as smooth as fullscreen V-Sync, but now it works well enough that I can get around Gearbox’s cheapness and play 2 copies of Borderlands The Presequel on one PC without one of the displays stuttering.
