Let’s see, I’m a 5’7" African American female with black hair and brown eyes. I am a quiet person for the most part, but once I am comfortable with you, I can’t shut up. I read a lot of books, and I prefer actual books, although I did get a Nook over the holidays and it’s convenient at times. I’m a 5’11" white male with dark brown hair and drown eyes. I have a few extra pounds, but I’ve been eating better and working out more, so I’ve been loosing weight.
I can be a bit quiet, but once you get to know I tend open up and get pretty loud. Then you may have trouble getting me to shut up. I’m very honest and often blunt, almost to a fault. I’m also very sensitive, so I easily apologize when I’ve hurt someone’s feelings or have stepped over my bounds. I follow my heart and will always do what I think is right, but I’m willing to listen to others and take their opinions into consideration.
I have a good sense of humor, though it tends to be a bit on the dark side. I believe strongly that either everything is okay to make fun of, or nothing is. I also believe that searching for and finding the humor in your life will keep you sane. I will try anything once; twice if you’re lucky. I also have a wicked imagination, and I’m not afraid to use it… 
I work a lot, so my spare time isn’t much. But I do enjoy reading and writing, mostly fiction, but I also enjoy history. I’m secretly addicted to the History Channel. I also love to cook and bake, especially for that special person. My areas of expertise are Italian foods and deserts, though I can pretty much cook anything with a recipe and the proper equipment. I also love to watch movies, though I think I’ve grown to prefer doing that in home as opposed to the theaters. Any genre is good with me, though I have a special spot in my heart for horror. I also love animated films and TV shows and really enjoy anime in particular.
As for other activities, I enjoy the outdoors as well. I like camping, white water rafting and some sports, primarily football and volleyball. I also love to go bowling, but never get a chance to do it. Shopping and dinners out with friends are also fun.
