Iām running the Iphone4 on Verizon and the video quality is awesome and it works great but for some reason it only works while on wifi for me. But that isnāt why Iām posting now actually. My issue is I can watch every show but Golgo13. I was halfway done with the season and now I canāt get any of the episodes to play on my device. Any idea what would be causing this? I tried rebooting the Iphone and it still isnāt working. Thanks.

Delete the app from your device.
Install the again app from the App Store.
Restart your device
Launch the app
If that doesnāt work, please email us the crash reports for your device.
Crash Reports can be found on your computer after you sync your device at:

What device you have and itās model/generation (iPhone 4, iPhone 3g, etc)
Where the crash occurs (on loading, when browsing for a show, all the time, etc)
Then attach any crash reports from the folder that are related to the Anime Network app (the name will tell you)
Weāll pass all of this along to our development team to use in fixing the problem.
Since this issue is affecting users and devices at random, we need as much information as possible to find the issue and fix it.

I canāt seem to get High School of he Dead to work on my ipad Anime Network app. There is no triangle play button available when I go into the HOTD series.
When I go into the High School of the Dead episode selection screen, it wonāt allow me to play any episodes. There is no triangle button to let me play it.
At present, we have had to restrict TV-MA content from the App in order for it to be approved by Apple. You can watch High School of the Dead on your iPad through Safari.
The post before yours should apply to all shows with TV-MA. Parental settings wonāt make a difference if I am reading right. So in order to view any TV-MA titles youād have to use Safari because of Apple not liking the Mature stuff.
Appleās Review Process & Guidelines are very particular about content in the apps in their store, regardless of an appās use of parental controls or 18+ ratings. (Mostly because parents donāt set them up or monitor their children or well, act like parents) To comply with these guidelines, we are restricting TV-MA content (content that has particularly graphic violence, explicit nudity, profanity and sexual situations) from playing in the app.
These titles can be watched on your iOS Devices through Safari on our website.
Appleās guidelines are always evolving and there is a level of subjectivity in what an App/Update Reviewer deems as āover the lineā, so from time to time, we may have to exclude a new or previously available title or episode.
