Mobile provider won't update

Hey, I got Anime Network for my mobile phone a couple of months ago, and it hasn’t updated since. I was hoping I could find help for the problm here?

Currently it has:
Azumanga Daioh 17-18
Gilgamesh 10-11
Loki 9-10
Mega Man 1-3
Saiyuki 6-7
SuperGals 1-6
Yucie 6-7
Angelic Layer 1-7
Digi Charat 1-20
Gun Frontier 1-6
Appleseed
GetBackers 1-8
Little Snow Fairy Sugar 1-8

It has had these same episodes since day 1. Please help!

Not all of our mobile providers have the same content, so I need to know which application you downloaded, phone type and service provider.

Provider is Sprint, App is Sprint TV. Phone is the Samsung Exclaim.

I sent the list of episodes you posted to our ZooVision rep (they handle all of our content for Sprint TV and several other mobile platforms).

According to him, they have been adding new episodes and mini clips each week. There should be some new updates this weekend, so you might want to check on Monday to see what’s new.

This past Monday they updated Digi Charat and Gun Frontier.

At present, are you able to watch every show/episodes on your list in its entirety, or just portions of each show?

They show it in portions, but I can watch them all fine. However, it’s literally had the same portions of the same episodes for several months now, with no change or variation.

I’ll be getting a schedule of updates for the month from our Sprint TV rep early next week. Hopefully that will shed more light on what is going on with the updates. Since we do not directly handle the deployment of content to the Sprint TV platform, it may take me a couple more emails to get to the bottom of this.
Normally we only send them two months worth of content at a time, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Can you be a little more specific on when you last received an update/refresh of content? “Several months” means different things to different people, so if you can narrow down your dates, it’ll help me get answers.

If I recall correctly, we began subscriotion in March. I haven’t received an update since.

Below are the latest updates to Sprint TV:

Added Sunday
Azumanga Ep 19 - 22
Gilgamesh Ep 11 - 14
Loki Ep 11 - 14

Added Tuesday morning
Saiyuki 8 - 11
Yucie 8 -11

Make sure that you are looking in each show’s folder. The title stays the same when new items show up.
