Naruto Shippuden goes at the speed of DBZ.
I really wouldn’t go that far.

Actually I do, watch the fight at the end of the first arc, and wait for the excitement of watching them read.

If that’s the case, you hit fast forward.

So far the pacing is real good… does it get that slow later on? I wish Disney could broadcast at least 2 eps a week, though I understand for a variety of reasons why they would not want to do that. 2 would be ideal though, well 4 would be but the latter would be impossible and a production nightmare to dub so fast.

2 episodes would be better but only because the manga in the US and Japan is so far ahead.

Awww, darn it! I missed the new episode last night. Okay, well I’m off to Slowhand’s trusty schedules to see when it comes on again! Oh, yeah, two episodes would be so great. In the one ep a week format, I tend to let things build up on my DVR and watch a mini-marathon.

I still feel like I am going in to a tunnel and not coming out the other side.

It’s shipping you to Japan? :stuck_out_tongue:

Like I typed before, 2 episodes a week would be so much better for the fans that don’t read the manga.

According to my DVR there will be no new episode the 11th but will be one the next week on the 18th.

Ok, if you missed any episodes so far, there seems to be a chance to catch up:

Wow, looks like we are already starting to get the weird scheduling from Disney XD. So I guess I will have to wait until Saturday, the 21st, to watch both episode 5 and 6, since I don’t want to watch them out of order.

And, now there seems to be a confliot in schedules.
Some of the websites I use say one thing, and some say another.
I don’t know if this is true or not… so your guess is as good as mine.

The Disney XD site now says this:

Wednesday, November 11 - Tomorrow

8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT - 5. The Kazekage Stands Tall!
8:30pm ET/7:30pm CT - 6. Mission Cleared! <PREMIERE>
10:00pm ET/9:00pm CT - 3. The Results of Training!
10:30pm ET/9:30pm CT - 4. The Jinchuriki of the Sand!
11:00pm ET/10:00pm CT - 5. The Kazekage Stands Tall!
11:30pm ET/10:30pm CT - 6. Mission Cleared!

Good luck! :stuck_out_tongue:

I checked my DVR and this is what its showing as of now, as well. I’m just gonna push the record button and hope for the best!

Thanks for the update, Slowhand! I would have missed the change without your help.

naruto is a cool show.:silly:

Thanks for the warning Slowhand. Even when it was showing my DVR still said Aaron Stone.

Shipitbacktojapan was not to bad last night. Though it still feels like its stuttering along.

Enjoyed the episode. Gaara’s tricks were pretty cool. But I agree after the batch of 4 these last 2 episodes feel real slow. It’s like it’s gonna be telling a 2 ep story in 6 episodes.

One bummer is it looks like Disney XD is switching it up and putting promos over the ED. :frowning: I was enjoying that they actually played some of the ED theme before. Other than that though, so far so good with Disney, no major edits or concerns.

I hate when shows do that!!! even star is starting to have info piece while there show credit roll!!! They need to follow AMC and TWC and not do that sh*t…

Which is terrible because Shippuden has some really good endings.
