Naruto / Naruto Shippūden / Boruto

Well they already kind of cut up the ending anyway so not to big of deal really. Figured it was going to start happening after I saw them doing it with other shows.

NEW Naruto Shippuden tonight!

Wed, Nov 18
8:30pm ET/7:30pm CT

Rerun Thurs, Nov 19
1:30am ET/12:30am CT

I, sadly, wasted my time buying all of the uncut boxsets for the original Naruto series -_- Naruto: Shippuden has a better pace than the original Naruto I think.

Rather sure those Sand ninja were not originally moaning as they were very dead. I really wish they would not do this.

For those that missed it!

Disney is sure giving them a lot of airtime.

Which they should be. This is their biggest show to date and need to maximize the ratings the best way possible. I was deeply displeased they didn’t start promoting the show until practically the last minute. At least they’re making up for that.

I’m really enjoying the show. I can’t get enough of Sakura beating Naruto over the head. LOL The first opening is fantastic.

I’m enjoying the series also. But I’ve seen the japanese version of the series but will not ruin it for you guys

Sakura is so funny when she is beating up on Naruto lol XD

Wed, Dec 2
8:30pm ET/7:30pm CT

Rerun Thurs, Dec 3
1:30am ET/12:30am CT

Tonight’s episode is called “Team Kakashi, Deployed”

These episodes seem to really stretch the storyline :(, I wish it would hurry up a bit, I mean dang, I think these 7 episodes really could be 2-3 in terms of content. Still, I’m continuing to really enjoy this. Brings back the good ole days of Naruto.

Now we know who that other Akatsuki is (Sasori). Then again wasn’t (each member of the Aktasuki) this explained in the original Naruto? But it was so long ago that I’ve forgotten. Whatever, it’s new to me now that I don’t remember it. I also can’t wait to see how Kankuro will survive the poison.

I’m curious, those who have seen the JP version - are the previews to the next episode like these? The Shippuden ones are like made into a comical mess. I’m basically curious if they did this for Disney XD viewers or if it was this silly in the original too?

They are making them silly for the dub. As for the Akatsuki only three were shown in Naruto (Itachi, Kisame, Zetsu). Well four if you count Orochimaru but he was no longer a member.

No Naruto Shippuden

(Naruto Shippuden reruns air instead)

Well, that’s a bummer! :frowning: I was looking forward to a new episode. Although I have enjoyed the episodes we have seen so far, I can’t really get into the swing of things with this series because we are always getting stopped and shown repeats. I’m hoping that they will go ahead and show a really big marathon during the holidays, like they did around Thanksgiving, and then the new year will bring a nice block of new episodes. Wishful thinking, I know…:stuck_out_tongue:

Indeed, these stop and starts are getting annoying - brings back memories of the final episodes of Naruto season 1 with the iffy and changing schedules.

Yeah, I remember the CN horror days. I was, like you, trying to hold off and finish the series on CN and dubbed if at all possible. Unfortunately, it didn’t pan out that way. I’m trying to give Disney X D the benefit of the doubt, but the way CN handled the showing of the first series toward the end left a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway, here’s hoping for a better turnout on a different network.

(Naruto Shippuden reruns air instead)
Yep and keep in mind these air until midnight tonight so now’s your chance to catch up.

Oh my this is interesting. I found this on Wikipedia.

What this means I’m not sure. New Naruto episodes and/or CN reruns? Either way. AWESOME! (if they’re to be believed)

Ok, this is not really my fault, or maybe it is…
Last week, there WAS a new episode of Naruto Shippuden, it was just listed incorrectly everywhere, leading me to believe that there WASN’T a new episode.

Luckily, they are repeating that episode this week.
