I got the Enterprise from the new movie. The slightly tweeked original Enterprise. It was only $14 on clearance at Target. I couldn’t resist. Though I was under the influence of sake and a few shots of vodka.

The Target I was at had a few of the transporters left, so I almost grabbed one of those too. But I decided to just get the ship.

Got me the box set of Mushi-shi from RightStuf.com for about $30. They also had some kind of Viridian edition that was $20 more, but it didn’t look like it had anything special in it, plus it had a sh*tty looking cover to boot.

I thought a Viridian was a re-issue in cheaper packaging at a lower price for people who didn’t buy the expensive first run and don’t know that by then Right Stuf probably has the original issue for cheaper?

Yeah, something like that. The original Viridian releases were just cardboard sleeves, but they always got damaged in shipping.

Of course, now the Viridian packages are almost identical to the original box sets that Funi releases. Though some of the lower sales titles are getting clear bricks now.
