John Swasey = The Principal: Hmmm. He sounds more of a perverted creep in the dub. Good job 
John Swasey = Ghi Blee: John does 3 unique voices for him. All suit fairly well.

TLR Dub thoughts episodes 7 and 8
Greg Ayres =Ren: Perfect. Just perfect. It really is a shame that Ren has such little screentime outside of this one episode.
Also, just a humorous note: Both Ikaros and Tomoki from Heaven’s Lost Property are in the Dub of To Love Ru. Tomoki is Ren (Greg Ayres) and Ikaros is Mikan (Brittany Karbowski) 
Christina Kelly = Run: Once she turns the fawning over Rito switch on, her voice works wonders. Way better than in episode 7!
Amber Lee Connors = Yui: She hits the stern side spot on. I’ll re-review her on an episode where her soft side is prominent

To Love Ru Dub thoughts episode 9 and 10
Marissa Lenti = Miss Mikado: Interesting. She sounds less aloof than Misako’s performance. It’s more atune to Harumi’s variant of Mikado.
Adam Gibbs = Pikari: 
He uses a similar voice to Kanie from AmaBri. It suits so well cause it’s so narcissistic
Marcy Bannor = Stella: What a difference the dub makes! Out of all the characters in the anime version of TLR, Stella was the most annoying one. Just changing the way she talked (and Marcy’s dry wit) helped sooo much!
Christine Auten = Magical Kyouko: In the Sub she’s a dual role for Chiemi, who makes her sound cutesy. Christine makes her sound closer to her actual age. She sounds fine though (especially for when she makes her first appearance “Out Of Show” in Motto)
Notable cameo in episode 9:
Shely Calene-Black =Pikari’s Mother: At least she has a cameo 
One of the best dub changed lines so far:
Sub Rito: “I don’t want to be called dull by a guy wearing full-body tights.”
Dub Rito: “Nice. Hey, does that big fin get in the way when you’re flying around with your head up your ass?”
Okay guys. I’m really nervous for the next episode’s dub. You all might know the reason beforehand, but in case you don’t, it’s Yami’s first appearance.
Please let Katelyn’s performance do her justice

To Love Ru Dub thoughts episode 11: Golden Darkness
Katleyn Barr = Yami: She’s so beautiful. Katelyn captures Yami’s stoic nature perfectly! An absolute 100% love love love it! Misato Fukuen IS Japanese Yami and Katelyn Barr IS English Yami! 
Mark X Laskowski = Lacospo: They made him sound like an entitled a-hole. It works 
Dub notes
Zastin’s incompetence is amplified this episode. When Yami says “En Garde”, he goes “Ooh. Bilingual!”, and the best joke is when he falls into the sewer: “Oh God. It’s in my mouth!” 
Lala: “Well Yami means Darkness, and it’s way cuter and fitting for her”
She’s gonna be called Yami during casual talk 
Thank you so much to everyone who worked on this dub. My heart goes to every last person involved in the production of it.
With Yami now included, it’s just so beautiful. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Bryn April = Haruna Redux: Her shrieks are nice . Flustered Haruna is a ok
Gareth West = Motemitsu: Typical pretty boy
Amber Lee Connors = Yui Redux: Aww soft Yui sounds so cute!
Katelyn Barr = Yami Redux #1: So stoic! 
(You guys will probably be sick of this soon. Warning in advance…)
Alexis Tipton = Lala Redux: Just like with Haruka’s performance, she made me tear up in episode 13. Nailed it 
David Wald = Gid Lucione Deviluke: Butter! Just butter! OMG! Just like Alexis and Katelyn with their respective characters, David Wald IS King Deviluke! 
Monica Rial = Magical Kyouko???: (This is in the credits of episode 13 BTW)
Now I’m certain that’s a typo, and presume she’s actually voicing that lady puppet that Gid was controlling during his first test of Rito. If that’s her, I’m really impressed! She does so few deeper seductive voices that it’s hard to notice it’s her

??? = Akiho Sairenji: I don’t know who does her voice. She’s not listed in the Dub credits at all…
Voice is good though. Sounds a little more mature than Mikako Takahashi
Mark X Laskowski = Galaxy Kong: His grunts fit. Like with Marin, since it’s just grunts, it’s hard to compare
Shely Calene-Black = Queen Of The Amazons: They honestly couldn’t have given her more of a perfect role. She nails it!
Philip Hays = Carter: He sounds much more like a proper aristocrat. Reminds me of dub Asmodious from Iruma-kun
Notable cameo in episode 15
Kira Vincent Davis = One of the Amazon girls: I’m guessing she’s that blue haired one with the spear
Funny Dub dialogue change
When Lala does the Tarzan yell, she coughs at the end. A nice little touch

There are no new characters introduced in this episode, but a couple redux.
Christina Kelly = Run Redux: Yeah, her voice fits nicely . I like her lusty laugh
Jay Hickman= Honekawa-Sensei Redux: The more I hear him, the more I wish he had actual screentime. His performance is hilarious!
Katelyn Barr = Yami-chan Redux #2: That hint of irritation she gives off is so cute!!! It’s subtleties like this which makes the dub so amazing!!!

Mike Vance = Toyama: Sounds like an alien businessman to me. A little more nasaly, but it works.
Katelyn Barr = Yami Redux #3: OMG!!! The “I detest perverts!” line in this episode was absolutely perfect! That subtle irritation to full blown anger!
Melissa Molano = Oshizu: She doesn’t sound “ghosty” enough. I know this was done because in the later seasons, she has a puppet-like body which she uses to go to school and interact with everyone. But here it’s a little off…

Kira Vincent Davis = Spacecat: I like her rendition. The sub has her sounding cutesy, but KVD’s voice suits her design better
Olivia Swasey = Aya Redux: Her voice is fitting. Actually a little more pronounced than Kaori Mizuhashi’s performance
Chaney Moore = Rin Redux #1: Still not enough to actually compare the sub and dub. I’m pretty sure she has more dialogue in the other Saruyama episode
Katelyn Barr = Yami Redux #4: SO MUCH YES! Even the few lines she has here are perfect!

Gabriel Regojo = Gwingurd (aka King of the Mole People): He’s speaking with a French accent. They literally dubbed him with a French accent. OMG this is too much! 
Katelyn Barr = Yami Redux #5: Seriously! Katelyn did this episode better than Misato! I love the subtle change in tone she did to show Yami was interested in going to the Hot Springs! Oh! And that “I really detest perverts!” It’s so beautiful!

This topic is out of date, but as of this month, To Love RU finally got dubbed. Now awaiting the other 3 seasons.
