I’m really trying to give this website a try, I really am. I bought a subscription for this site a few months ago and I have yet to watch a single video, why? Spinning ball of death every 5 or so seconds. Something I thought I could just pause the video and play it later annoying but I would do it. Not possible because the video is super laggy and the audio is completely off.
Please just help me get these videos working. I have 20 Mbps connection broadband. I have zero issues with the following sites: Funimation, YouTube, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The only site that gives me issues is this one.
It would also be great if you could start my membership over, as you probably can see I haven’t watched a single video. I just leave the site in frustration instead of complaining. Well, I’m sick of it and I would either like a complete refund or your help in fixing this issue. Thanks for your time.

It’s around 19.0 - 21.0 Mbps running it three times in a row.
We are looking into the issue you are experiencing and are actively working on a solution. I apologize I did not get back to you sooner as well. When I receive any updates, I will be sure to let you know.

Any updates? It’s been almost 5 days now since you last replied. 8 days ago since thread was opened. Thanks for your time.
Still having issues, yes. Someone PM me, but don’t know if he is an admin or not. Pardon the language but his username is fatbastard. Doesn’t look like an admin, just want to be 100% sure before I PM him back. I still do need help with this. Thank you.
I have never heard of an admin’ by that name during my time here. If this person is requesting any form of personal/account information… DO NOT GIVE IT. The active admins’ that handle technical issues here are Rai, spazzysam, akpoff, and moisme. These are the people that you need to be talking to regarding this… and would be the ones that would PM you if needed.
Hello I a just replying to the fact that my user name was used here. I just got my account here in the last 10 days. I can not believe that in that time someone hack my account. If in fact someone named fatbastard contacted you, Do not give them any personal/account information.
I am having double billing issues my self. I have sent two email on the issues and no one has replyed. So if you get a contact for account billing, please let me know.

Something fishy up here. Says you’ve been a member since October, 2011. Good luck.

Hey Khaltazar,
One thing you can try is to go to a video and try to watch it, if the video just keeps buffering like it has been for you then click refresh and wait for the vid to load and then click refresh again. You should click refresh and let the video load in total five times. This should put you onto a new server.

I will try doing this and let you know how it works. Thank you.

Hi SpaceCobraJoe,
When you run the speed test, do you use the default server for your ISP? I get 20+ Mbps with my default server, but when I try to use servers in the same areas as some of theanimenetwork.com servers, I always get less than 10 Mbps. It’s hard to quantify because none of the servers reported by Tracert and VisualRoute are in SpeedTest.net’s “preferred server list.” All I know is that one of the servers in the connection route is typically the problem, basically not responding to pings or trace attempts. It’s the one at 205.251.245.63 (Seattle WA, owned by Amazon.com)
I have a “premium” subscription but cannot get reliable video playback when HD is enabled. Response is erratic, with video and audio dropouts. In short, it stinks.
I’ve tried different browsers, running with/without browser add-ons, with/without AV and Firewall software running, and a host of other things to keep unwanted garbage out of the Task Manager in Windows 7 Home Premium.
None of those debugging steps had any effect. SD playback is OK but HD playback just doesn’t happen.
Lately there have also been access problems theanimenetwork.com, as in no response at all. However I can’t tell if those problems are related to the uneven HD playback.
Meh. I’d better repost with answers to the questions posted by moisme. This is getting me nowhere.
