Itâs pretty major to me if new series dubs are rarely if ever being included for VOD. I checked my records and had to go back about 50 series to find the last time we got one (From the New World). I mentioned before that this only occurred to me when I struggled to remember the names of the dubbers which I used to know by heart. It would be nice to know what to expect for the year coming up.
At the moment I have:
Girl Power: Kamigami 8-11, Order a Rabbit 8-12
Super Happy Funtime: Coffin Princess 1, Comic Artist 10-12, Haikyu 17-19, Idolmaster 14-17
Action: Everything else
So Coffin Princess is the first new series in a while not to appear under Action.
I first became suspicious when Glasslip and Love Stage appeared in Action
Still no update as of 2014 12 30, however other VOD services have now been updated.
Is DirecTV saving TheAnimeNetwork for last? . . . or perhaps not at all.
TNA is the one decent source of anime in this area, when I was in Ohio, Anime, Manga, you name it, t was available from multiple sources. Here it is basically the net or TNA (preferably VOD). Some viewers tend to not tell their providers that they have a problem, or that they like anime (because it is almost invariably associated with cartoons i.e. kids stuff, or hentai , i.e. perverse or odd, often confused simply as âpornâ.), those same viewers also do not care to argue for umpteenth time that there is a problem because they may be tired of confronting their provider with yet another problem that does not get serious resolution. Some helpdesk people, they know who they are, as does their management, rely on a script (script-kiddies) to attempt to solve a problem w/o any actual troubleshooting skill, or they attempt to shuffle the customer off to elsewhere to save time on a call that they may be penalized for. Note to management everywhere, someone who may have excellent call times, may be shifting blame to other companies and may not be trying to fix the actual problem at all.
As may be evidenced by a call that I received where the caller had made 7 calls to different agents, 2 calls to MS, 2 calls to his Mfg. received 3 new modem/routers (1 of which had a crossover Ethernet cable) and had a tech out to his home twice. The caller wished to speak to a supervisor immediately, as per our standard protocol we needed to at least attempt to fix the problem before escalating to a supervisor. The gentleman was kind enough to allow me to try. He had parted out pieces of the newer modem/cabling therefor crossover cable hence calls to his Mfg. for âno dialâ issues,
All things considered I asked if anyone had suggested that he replace the telephone cord from the wall to the modem, no one had. So connect everything as it was except for the new cord from a new modem set. It connected, what a surprise.
I had him keep one of the standard modems (w/straight Ethernet cable) send the other two back. And stated he should use the old one until it died then switch everything out. Or if he decided to upgrade later on.
Happy customer, still wished to speak w/supervisor, got a âgood boyâ for my work, que sera.
Sorry, let me kick my soapbox away (really old saying, were soapboxes really that strong?), and hope that this issue can be fixed before too long.

Oops, hold the phone. I just realized Iâm missing the following from 12/25:[/quote] Iâll forgive you this once. Perhaps too much celebrating?
My cable was installed on 12/19 but I was visiting my daughters in Springfield, MO when last weekâs update went live. I noticed that Cox Cable seems to be under-represented so I decided to do a baseline check before the beginning of the new year.
The following episodes are missing as of 5:30 PM on 12/30/2014:
Action Zone
Gatchaman 62
In addition, Akame ga Kill episode 1 is mis-labeled as âGirl Powerâ instead of âAction Zone.â
Girl Power
All episodes present in addition to previously mentioned Akame ga Kill episode 1.
Super Happy Funtime
iDOLM@ster Zenoglossia 15
Now, onto the weekly VOD watch!
(Side note to owisecup-yes, soap boxes once were that strong. They used to be made from wood, like this:

Add Haikyu # 20 to the list of episodes missing
Also, and itâs too late to report this since itâll be gone next week, but Haikyu ep. 18 cuts off at the ~ 7 / 8 min. mark. Iâll go see it on the Online Player though.
*** EDIT ** Just figured out how to quote a post. Havenât really used the new forums, new technology frightens me !
