Sorry! Yes, I did receive it. Also, all of the episodes that were missing from the On Demand Portal last night are here this morning. So the only issue there is the misplaced Hamatora II #11. And, of course, Gate #18, missing on both sides of the system. (Incidentally, your report has a typo–it lists the missing episode as “Gate 17”.)

Spectrum/TWC Carson, CA 90745

TAN episodes scheduled for 12/15 update seem to have all arrived (haven’t had a chance to view each episode), but are appearing on the VOD menu.

Gate Ep. 18 from 12/8 update is still missing. A check of Spectrum/TWC’s VOD website DOES NOT list Episode 18 as being available, which means that any complaint to Spectrum/TWC will fall on deaf ears (why am I complaining about not receiving something that Spectrum/TWC says I shouldn’t be receiving; episodes 16, 17, and 19 ARE listed) and will not have any action taken.

Young Black Jack 12 is under the wrong title (Phantasy0112)

The following updates are still broken.

  • Flying Witch 8 - No picture/choppy sound and it stops playing after about 1 minute.
  • Another 6 - No sound and it stops playing after about 1 minute.
  • Another 7 - No sound and it stops playing after about 1 minute.
  • Another 8 - No sound and it stops playing after about 1 minute.

The following 12/8 updates have not been received.

Log Horizon Series 1 Collection 1

Bakuon Complete Series

Norn9 11 and Flying Witch 11 are both still missing from the On Demand on the X1 unit, but strangely enough still appear on the X1 app.

Even stranger, is the new shows that arrived today do not appear on the X1 app under Anime Network. You can search them, but no episodes appear.

I know the X1 app isn’t under Anime Networks control, but I do wish to let you know if something is wrong with it.

Another question I have, since I appear to be the only forum member with Comcast Xfinity at the moment, is will there be a update each week with a new series or should it be one monthly update? I’m asking because in October it was one update and in November and December it had an update every week.

Sent the following to my contact at Frontier. The 2 missing episodes from earlier have been added to the menu (Nurse Witch Komugi R Episode 03 and Elfen Lied Ep 07).

The updates for this week have been added and there are 2 missing episodes.

There is also a different problem as there is an episode that is named incorrectly on the menu.
Young Black Jack Episode 12 is listed on the menu as Phantasy0112.
