I just downloaded window 10 on to my computer and it doesn’t matter if I use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer to try and view videos, none of them will stream. I keep getting a message that says: “Error Loading Media: File Could Not Be Played” on every single video I try & stream. I’ve sent emails to support@theanimenetwork.com & info@theanimenetwork.com but haven’t received a response yet after two days. I first noticed this problem when I tried to stream the first episode of Infinite Stratos after getting Windows 10 and neither Dub or Subbed would work & every other episode I’ve tried to stream since then has had this problem (Except for Fate/Stay Night episode 1 for some reason?). Any help whatsoever would be highly appreciated.
The AN offices are closed on the weekends.
I have Windows 10/Edge and I occasionally get that Error Message. I find if I hit the play button again (or twice) that the video eventually begins to play.
Please try that and when the offices open Monday morning, I’ll be sure they get your message.
hello my name is Joe,
i am having problems with the AN online i can not see any of the anime i have in the Q. Also the fav is not showing, i see line code when i click on to it. so something is wrong with the website.
also i tried clicking customer support and nothing happens.
.
There is no “Customer Support” button - there is a link for support that should open an email for you to send in. Is that what you’re talking about? Is it not opening an email for you?
I’ll be sure to let them know on Monday about your problem.
yes the email does not open. also the Q with my show i was watching is gone and every time i put it onto the Q it does not show so i do not know where am at in the show. also the favorites menu gust shows code in it. i was wondering if the site is runing on a different verson of Chrome.
Thanks
What OS system are you running?
And what version of Chrome?
This will help them in answering your questions.
Thank you.
i am runing windows 7 which is up to date, and chrome the one the pc came with.
@BenScythe - Are you still getting the error today? If yes, can you post a screenshot of the error message and include the page URL?
@Madmac81 - Thanks for the details. Are you still getting the error when you try to go to Favorites or your Queue? If yes, can you post a screenshot so we can see the whole error message.
Thanks!

the Queue is jest blank i can not add any shows to it.
What is the full URL of the page you are on when you get this?
Here it is url https://www.theanimenetwork.com/My/Favorites.
Luckily this problem has gotten better, I’m able to watch more shows but there are still a few I can’t watch.
Issue with accessing Magical Warfare in Dubbed. I select dubbed and click on the first video and it resets it back to Subtitled. Wish I could read that fast, but can’t keep up. Please fix.
Latest Chrome, Windows 7 Home, Toshiba Laptop, but also does the same in IE and on my Sony VAIO.
Thanks
DCESpeedy
The dub for that show isn’t out yet. Seems there’s something that needs to be fixed with the site. Some way to know a show is not released yet, but is coming soon.
Magical Warfare, the dub, will be released on the Online Player on December 27.
I have been having an issue for a while now it would seem where once I am logged into my account I can not access the site at all really nor watch anything in the least. I am a premium member and only have this problem when logged into my account otherwise I can move around the site as normally meant to.
I am using Windows 10 x64 and Google Chrome.

Thanks
Thanks for the info. My eyes do tricks on me when reading subtitles so I guess I will have to wait.
Thank you Astaras,
Our developers are aware of the issue and they are working on a resolution.
We will let you know once they push the fix to the site.
Thank you,
