Hm⌠What do you use to make them? Whenever I try to make gifs they never work right.

The process is a bit complicated, and it can be done multiple ways. This is just one method.
Iâm using Youtube videos for this, so I needed two programs to do it:
- Youtube Downloader
- Adobe Photoshop (I have CS5)
It would take me forever to explain, so hereâs the tutorial that I followed:
I should point out, however, that for the latest version of Photoshop, there is no âImageReadyâ, so I just used Photoshop, which works fine.
Thanks for the info sbitzer. Your gifs are turning out great. I have made a few but not the video kind. I will have to give it a try.
On all of those I had to delete every other frame because it was moving too slowly.
For example:

This wouldâve been about 4x longer if I had run it with all the frames in it so I deleted most of them out, but on here it appears to be running at about the right speed (maybe a little faster). This is something I need to consider when making these.
