Anime Network Subscriptions Thread

My Itunes subscription was renewed yesterday at 12:55 PM and was working just fine since then, but this morning when I returned to the site I was downgraded to Registered.

Yeah, so I’m going to need to change the card associated with my account very soon so my subscription doesn’t lapse. I can’t do it just yet since I don’t have the new card yet to do that, but what do I have to do to get that changed? I didn’t see any way to do it from the subscriptions page. Do I just email like I would for anything else? Because that feels kind of sketchy…

Can’t let that awesome discount get away :stuck_out_tongue:

I had a premium subscription to anime network, but I decided to cancel it before my first month was up on July 29th, and yet I was still charged 6.95 for another month. Please make sure my subscription is cancelled and make sure my money is refunded immediately. Thank you

I finally got the new card, so I just sent that email… with no credit card number :stuck_out_tongue:

Having trouble saving and updating my account, ex. Birthday…about me…setting privacy settings. When I press save nothing happens? Do updates get reviewed before being able to be saved?

I have cancel my Free Trial but it still says I’m a premium member. Hope I wasn’t billed please help! I already cancel my subscription & gotten an e-mail saying it has been cancel as well.
yes I unsubscribed before it expired as well.
oh & can you take out my credit card info in my profile as well thank you.

Are you talking about your Profile Info?
If so, then you must fill in every blank (even if it’s with hyphens, periods, etc.). It’s just a little quirk in the Edit system.

I left a ‘Thank You’ on your post when I took care of it. And it looks like Admin also left a ‘Thank You’ on your post, so you should be hearing from them shortly.

If you don’t hear anything from them by the middle of next week, leave another message here, and I’ll check with them again for you.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since Thursday by clicking the cancel button on the “Manage Subscription” page. I get the message about getting an email shortly but have never received one, I have tried canceling on several different browsers and OS. I have also sent an email to subscriptions@theanimenetwork.com on friday about the cancelation.

Today is the renewal day so I trying to make sure you guys dont try to charge my card.

I just founded this site and it seem to be really amazing but the site won’t let me subscribe. After I’ve entered my credit card number and clicked on ‘‘purchase’’ I receive a message that said that my subscription failed…please help me

Hello Darkness,

Have you verified that you entered all of your information correctly?
For example double and triple check the credit card number information has been entered correctly. Also making sure that the expiration date is correct.

Haven’t heard from you guys in a couple of days… I am sorry that I am being a pest. But, I would like to get this figured out ASAP. I have tried to resubscribe 5+ times since canceling the current subscription and have had no luck. Could this be because the canceled subscription is still active until the 30th of November? Please let me know if you find anything out or if you have any further instructions for me. I am trying to remain patient, but you got to admit that this is a quite annoying situation.

Just as a refresher, and this was the same question that I had asked that Rai answered a year ago (https://www.theanimenetwork.com/component/option,com_kunena/Itemid,183/catid,5/func,view/id,47339/limit,20/limitstart,280/#122732), can you use a Visa or MasterCard Preloaded Debit Gift Card? I do not like to use regular credit cards on the internet due to various security reasons. I have used this payment method all over the net before for purchases and services with no problems. This is the first time that I have run into a major issue. Please let me know as soon as possible.

1.) Is my subscription not being created due to the previous subscription still being active under the same card no. until Nov. 30th?

2.) Can you use a Visa or MasterCard Preloaded Debit Gift Card as long as you have funds for the time planned for the subscription to last?

Once the funds are used for that time, the subscription will be canceled and the process will begin again with a freshly loaded card. Please confirm with me once more that this can be used here, or through the PayPal billing servers, when you can… thank you.
